Welcome to our Spring edcamp 2025! There are over 30 sessions scheduled throughout the afternoon covering a wide range of best practices, ideas for leveraging technology, and teacher wellness.
Please make sure you are registered for at least two sessions. This will serve as our state-mandated (i.e., QSAC required) sign-in sheet for professional development.

Participants will learn how to access their new Scoir accounts and student letter of recommendation requests. Additionally, staff will learn the key differences between a teacher's and a counselor's letters of recommendation. As well as a way to streamline their letter of recommendation writing process.
Recharge & Refresh: A Mindful Break for Teachers is a stress-free session designed to help educators unwind and recharge in a calming space. Step away from the demands of teaching and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with soothing music, coloring pages, and puzzles—everything you need to take a mindful break. Whether you prefer to zone out with your headphones or enjoy the peaceful ambiance, this session is all about self-care. Coloring pages and puzzles will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorites. No expectations, no pressure—just a chance to relax, refocus, and refresh your energy so you can return to your day feeling recharged.
Grading IB Math Internal Assessments can be a challenging and time-intensive process, but you don’t have to do it alone. This work session provides a dedicated space for teachers to grade their own students’ IAs while surrounded by colleagues doing the same.This session allows you to work independently while benefiting from the collective expertise of fellow IB educators. Bring your IAs, your grading materials, and any questions—let’s navigate the assessment process together.
