This interactive session will guide participants through a self-assessment of their phone usage habits, mental well-being, and focus abilities, encouraging reflection on areas for improvement. We’ll explore the science behind dopamine, addiction, and how smartphones and social media are intentionally designed to capture attention. Finally, attendees will learn practical, science-backed hacks to promote healthier device usage for themselves, their students, and even their own children. These strategies will include tips for improving sleep, reducing anxiety, and enhancing overall wellness in the digital age.
In this session, teachers will explore a curated list of wellness strategies designed to foster a positive and balanced classroom environment. In this hands-on session, you'll experience the therapeutic benefits of baking while making your own pizza from scratch. Knead the dough, add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings, then bake and enjoy! Whether you take it home or savor it on the spot, this fun and interactive session is a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the simple joys of cooking.
Join us for an exciting, hands-on session where staff members can explore and experience the indoor high ropes course used in our Project Adventure curriculum.
